What I experienced from my Internship at the 1st Ayala Group of Companies Summer Internship Program

During my 5th year at university, I got the chance to do my internship at the Ayala Group of Companies. It is one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines.

It’s a big honor for me to be included with some of the brightest college students coming from the top universities in the Philippines. Some are from marketing, communications, business, IT, and engineering.

The first half of our internship was general training in leadership, presentation & management skills. We got training from some of the top professionals in the Ayala Group.

The second half of the internship was more specific to our educational degrees. Since I’m a Mechanical Engineering student, I was assigned to The Serendra in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

I was so amazed at how Ayala ensures that the facilities are maintained properly and keeps its world-class status.

At the end of our internship program, we were given a once in a lifetime treat by no other than JAZA or Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala. JAZA treated us to an exclusive block screening of X-MEN in Greenbelt.

I am forever grateful to the Ayala Group of Companies for the very memorable experience that I had during my internship program.
